3. Inventory, Manifests, and Pricing

We specialize in the liquidation of overstock, closeout, and customer return merchandise. Because of the nature of the liquidation industry, the following terms apply strictly to all purchases:

• “As-Is” Condition: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all merchandise is sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS.” No warranties, express or implied, are provided regarding the condition, functionality, or marketability of the items.

• Manifest Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate manifests, descriptions, and item counts, all manifests are approximate and provided as a guide only. Discrepancies in piece counts, styles, and conditions may occur.

• Pricing and Availability: All inventory is subject to prior sale. Prices and availability of pallets and truckloads are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

4. Billing, Payments, and Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order (due to inventory shortages or freight issues), we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and business information for all transactions.

• Approved payment methods (such as wire transfers, credit cards, or certified funds) must be cleared in full before any inventory is released for shipment or pickup.

All content included on this site, such as text, inventory lists, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Williams Wholesale Liquidation or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. • Freight & Shipping: Once a shipment leaves our facility or is handed over to a third-party carrier (whether arranged by us or by the buyer), the risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the buyer.
